Moonset uploaded by admin. Once again, I tried for a great shot of the moon setting over the City, and once again, it wasn’t quite what I had in mind. OTOH, it’s still an awesome site.

A new lens
Day Lily uploaded by admin. I went out in the mid day sun to try out my new 24-105mm Canon lens. The manual said the closest focusing distance was 1.5′ but I got to perhaps 8″ away from the stamen in this shot. Cool.
